We didn't know we needed a molinillo, until we got one! Now, there's no way we’ll make Mexican hot cocoa without one and neither should you. Not only does it blend the chocolate into the milk and froth it better than a boring wire whisk, but it’s fun to use! Actually, we’re not sure a wire whisk ever actually frothed our cocoa before. The molinillo is also great for making chai tea lattes and muddling fruits and herbs for cocktails. When not in use, it’s artsy kitchen decor!
